Legal fees for consult in the office of lawyer:
A consult is never longer than 1 hour.
In the tariff per hour the general expenses are not included.
The general expenses are paid by the client.
It is also possible after conversation with the client, depending on the problem of his/her case, a fixed amount per fulfilled obligation or series of problems solved, is paid.
The attorney can ask before handling the problem, or other dealing with the case one advance or more advances as discussed earlier.
The amount of every advance is at least 5 working hours, unless other arrangements are made between the attorney and client.
